The assembly and preparation of the hookah upon delivery, as well as the disassembly upon return, are carried out by our company.
The most common reasons for the hookah to go out are the displacement of the Kaloud, contact of the coals with water, or prolonged inactivity. In any case, you can contact us at 694 363 0052 and we will guide you through the appropriate steps to take.
Changing the flavor at the time of delivery is not possible. If you’re unsure which flavor you prefer, we recommend selecting more than one when placing your order. Specifically for the 3-hour package, for a small additional fee of €5, you can add an extra flavor and extend the rental time by 1 hour — for a total of 4 hours.
We deliver orders Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 17:00.
Returns: Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 20:00.
Order cancellation can be made up to one hour before the scheduled delivery time.
You can place your order at any time, 24 hours a day, and receive your hookah anywhere in Athens, within the available delivery days and hours — either for the same day or the next.
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the hookah or its equipment and will be charged the corresponding repair or replacement cost.
The hookah is traditionally individual, with each user enjoying their own. The more people smoke from the same device, the more the experience is affected: the flavor changes and depletes faster, as the coals are continuously burning. For this reason, in orders that are not for individual use, we recommend up to three users per hookah.
We pay special attention to the cleanliness of our equipment and to safety during your service.
The hookah and all its parts are cleaned and disinfected before each use.
The mouthpieces placed on the hookah pipe are single-use, plastic, and sealed in their packaging.
